See you on Monday morning. Mr. Florio and Mrs.Harvey
The baby has been really quiet for the past few hours, it hasn't cried yet. I'm kinda worried about tonight now...
ReplyDeleteBaby just turned on. Bracelet took about 1 minute before it synced. Wondering if that will effect my grade.
ReplyDeleteThe baby just cried again. Again, it took about 1 minute for the bracelet to read and even longer for the diaper even longer. Will this make my grade go down?
ReplyDeleteBracelet has official sopped working. Baby has been making noise and crying forever and bracelets will not read at all.
ReplyDeleteMy baby loves to drink. I've had to feed it quite a few times. Everything is going good for right now
ReplyDeleteBaby is crying a lot and now it won't stop. Bracelet only works few times.
ReplyDeleteBaby is good, however it is not detecting rocking. When everything else doesn't work and it is a rocking action to be, it isn't being detected
ReplyDeleteBaby woke me up a half hour ago to be fed, changed, and burped. Hasn't cried all night until now. So tonight wasn't bad.
ReplyDeleteBaby cried 2 or 3 times during the night. Mostly between 3:30 and 5:00.
ReplyDeleteBaby woke up at 8:00 and needed to be feed. It takes a really long time to feed a baby!
ReplyDeleteRocking takes forever with the baby, thankfully it's sleeping right now so I was able to shower and get ready for the day.
ReplyDeleteOnly a few more hours with the baby, it actually hasn't been too bad. The only issue right now is making sure to take care of the baby as well as 2 grown dogs and 1 puppy.
ReplyDeleteIf I had time to blog post, I would have said: I just got the baby at 1:45 today (yesterday). Welcome to the world, Lucía! I can't wait to take care of you!
ReplyDeleteMy mom helped watch Lucía while I was at soccer practice. She didn't cry once for her.
ReplyDeleteWhy then did she start to bawl for me three times as soon as I got home? Does my mom have the magic touch or does Lucía already hate me?
ReplyDeleteI dressed up Lucía and I in pumpkin costumes and we looked great! We went out trick or treating together!
ReplyDeleteI layered up Lucía so that she wouldn't be cold while we were outside. But then she needed a diaper change and I had lots of layers to remove and I lost her pumpkin hat in the process.
ReplyDeleteI love you, Lucía, but you woke me up four times last night. I have a playoff game at 11:00. I hope I'm not too exhausted to play well in the game!
ReplyDeleteIt's game time! I hope my mom can take care of Lucía for me again. I hate to keep asking her. I'm not ready to be a parent!
ReplyDeleteI got the baby about five or so hours ago, but there's only been one hour where it was really needy - it went through pretty much every action possible. However, it stopped/slept for the other four hours, and it was hungry once (about fifteen minutes ago). It's reasonably manageable.
ReplyDeleteGot home from game late, picked up baby from fowler at 8:00. On way home, thought I killed her. Brought it back to fowlers house. Found I didnt kill her. At my house, I changed her diaper, fed her, and then burped her. She is starting to really make a big impact on my heart
ReplyDeleteThis baby keeps eating. She is definetly going to be a nice athlete when shes older. Maybe field hockey but I think shes more of the basketball type.
ReplyDeleteBaby is sleeping. The most adorable breathing I have ever heard. We watched some footage from the game today and she fell asleep in my arms.
ReplyDeleteThe baby had another really busy two hours between 9 and 11. Otherwise, it was pretty quiet. I'm anxious about tonight being extremely busy.

ReplyDeleteThe baby drank even more (and is still drinking) starting at about two in the morning. I don't think drinking this much is normal for a baby, seeing as this is probably at least the tenth time its been hungry/thirsty, but oh well.
ReplyDeleteThe baby woke me up first around 1:30 for a diaper change and then went back to sleep
ReplyDeletethen the baby woke up at 5 to get its diaper changed and to be fed... It takes soo long to feed
ReplyDeleteThe baby just woke me up again to be rocked and cried for 20 minutes at least while I was rocking it. Then it made a beeping noise and went back to sleep
ReplyDeletethe baby was silent all day yesterday and soon it's coming with me to go for some breakfast with friends. Excited to see how a baby at a restaurant turns out
ReplyDeleteThis baby is not human. When I got it on Saturday, it did not cry for at least 5 or 6 hours
ReplyDeleteAt 5 ish yesterday, the baby started crying and I was successful in stopping it immediately, but after like 30 minutes it had gone crazy and would cry every 5 minutes. It is making me mad now.
ReplyDeleteI tried watching a movie at 8 ish but the baby would not stop at all it was a nightmare. It got to the point where I thought it just needed a spanking.
ReplyDeleteAt 10 I fed the baby and changed its diaper and it was quietly sleeping for 5 hours, I was surprised that it took this long but when it came, Oh Boy...
ReplyDeleteI think that it was crying 2 times a minute for a whole hour. It was 4 in the morning and I swear to god I was crying on the floor from anger. This thing is the real deal.
ReplyDeleteFinally. This baby/creature or whatever it is fell asleep at 9AM! It has not woken up since so I am the happiest person alive, I think its on cruise control from now till 6 when the thing shuts off. HIP HIP... Hurraaay!!
ReplyDeleteThe baby wouldn't stop crying once or twice every hour starting from 6 to about 12 today. That wasn't fun - it was fussy some of the time.
ReplyDeleteIt's the last few hours of having the baby, and it's been somewhat quiet for the past hour or so. However, almost every time it cries, it wants to drink milk. That's definitely not normal.
ReplyDeleteSo the first time my baby cries my Cocker Spaniel goes absolutely crazy. While trying to change the baby''s diaper with on hand I had to fend of my dog with another.
ReplyDeleteIt cries so much... Last time it needed to eat for 20 minutes. After that it needed it diaper changed for like the third time.
ReplyDeletethe baby keeps making noise now but I thought it was supposed to shut off at 3. It cries soo much
ReplyDeleteOverall it wasn't horrible but there defiantly were times I wanted to throw it out the window. Defiantly not ready for a baby
ReplyDeleteThe baby hasn't cried in at least 45 minutes. I feel like I'm on cloud 9. Shh...
ReplyDeleteIt cries every 10-15 minutes. At first I was afraid if I was too far away I wouldn't hear the crying. Wow, was I wrong... You can hear it from a mile away.
ReplyDeleteGot the baby at 4, didn't cry for 3 hours. That changed very quickly, crying every 15-20 minutes, and when it eats it eats, ate for 10 minutes straight..
ReplyDeleteThere was no problem overall at the end. However, when I was checking if the baby was off, I accidentally let go of its head, and it started screaming. Clearly, it wasn't off. I'm pretty sure it's off now, though, but I'm afraid to check, so it's kind of just there in the corner.
ReplyDeleteThe bottle seems to almost be broken. It'll work for a few minutes, then it will stop working so I have to take it away and wait a minute to put it back to the baby's mouth
ReplyDeleteMy baby was supposed to have turned on at ten, it didn't make any noise at all until 11, then it would only have any issues every hour and a half or so, but lately it seems to be more like every 20-30 minutes
ReplyDeleteThe baby only really seems to want to eat from it's bottle, I've only had to change it's diaper two or three times over the course of the past eleven hours
ReplyDeletei don't believe my baby has needed to be burped yet at all. i'm not complaining, simply making a comment.
ReplyDeleteThe baby doesn't detect burping for me i don't think. After trying rocking/feeding, and burping being the last thing (Besides dipers, but that's a different cry), and I'll clearly be burping it but nothing will happen.

ReplyDeletei guess it's time for me to attempt to go to sleep with the baby. wish me luck
ReplyDeleteGood morning... Baby just woke up and had to be fed. Hopefully I won't have to wake up again
ReplyDeleteI'm slowly losing my patience with this baby, it was fairly quiet through the day and was loud all night. I'm on 3 hours of sleep now, and I just forgot to swipe my wrist band and the baby made quite the scream when it wasn't tended too. Hopefully that won't be minus too many points...
ReplyDeleteBaby was good from 6-3 but from 3-5.... Not so much. He kept me and my dog up. God I am so tired.
ReplyDelete1:14 pm- Baby's been crying for 45 minutes straight. it doesn't want food or its diaper changed, it just wants to be held.... i hate babies...
ReplyDelete3:00 pm- Baby cried for the first time and I was a little scared because it didn't know what to do. I changed its diaper then it stopped. I can tell this is gonna be rough.
ReplyDelete4:00 pm- The baby hasn't cried for an hour. It has only cooed a couple of times.
ReplyDelete5:05 pm- The baby cried for the second time now and it needed another diaper change. Hopefully I haven't lost any points yet.
ReplyDelete30 minutes left, the final stretch. The baby hasn't cried for a while, lets see if this last 30 minutes will be interesting.
ReplyDeleteNo crying in the last 30 minutes. Overall, it wasn't that bad, the morning was the hardest part when it would wake me up. Other than that, it was fine.
ReplyDelete7:00 pm- I fed the baby for the first time. I can't believe how long it drinks for. After that I burped an it cooed. Hopefully it gives me a break now.
ReplyDelete12:00 pm- Was about to fall asleep as the baby started crying again. When I changed its diaper it was fine though. Hopefully it'll let me get some sleep.
ReplyDelete11:00 am- The baby woke me up a couple of times last night for feeding and diaper changes. Hopefully these last few hours will be easy. All in all this project was ok, but I feel like there were some glitches with the baby.
ReplyDelete1 AM- first time the baby has cried since 1030. Fed it it for 40 mins then it fell asleep. absolutely obnoxious.
ReplyDelete4 AM- baby woke up, i spent a few minutes looking for my wristband and i tripped and fell. after i found it i fed it again and it fell asleep.
ReplyDelete5 AM- the baby woke up and needed to be changed. after that it wanted food. im considering entering this thing into an eating contest
ReplyDeleteWhen I first got the baby I went to Panera and it started crying but I could not figure out how to swipe my card. After a little while I figured it out and was fine.
ReplyDeleteFor the rest of the day the baby was really quiet. I think I only had to feed it like two times until about 11:30
ReplyDeleteThat night the baby woke me up 5 times. Every time that it woke me up i had to change the diaper, feed it, and burp it. It took me like 30 minutes to take care of it every time it woke up.
ReplyDeleteThe baby takes about 20 minutes to drink its milk and then another 20 to burp it. When the baby cries I get a headache.
ReplyDeleteFor the rest of the day on sunday the baby only cried like two times. It was a nice easy day.
ReplyDeleteHaving a child is tough and it must be hard to have to wake up multiple times in the night every single night. It also must be really expensive to buy all of the baby formula because of how often they eat.
ReplyDeleteI went out with the baby on Halloween night and got a lot of weird looks because it was dark and there were many kids around. Some people were happy and some people looked at me like I was the devil
ReplyDeleteWhen the baby was crying at 3 in the morning all I wanted to do was sleep but I knew that I needed to pay more attention to the baby than myself
ReplyDeleteThe baby woke up about 4 times overnight, at 1,3,5, and 8. It took about 25-30 mins to quiet up the baby
ReplyDeleteI had practice Sat. morning and had to take the baby with me and even after when parents were coming in to the gym some were concerned and even offered help.
ReplyDeleteDuring the day the baby was quiet, but there were still moments where it broke down. My family enjoyed the baby, but I thought it was boring
ReplyDeleteI had to pull over twice while driving because the baby was crying and I had sit there on the side of the road because the baby was eating for 20 minutes. I didn't realize babies need to eat for so long and so often
ReplyDeleteIt took about 10 mins for me to have the baby burp. The feeding was the longest part of the process
ReplyDeleteThe neck of the baby was the scariest part of the whole process because I felt like the whole time his neck was bent in the wrong direction. This showed me you need to care about so many little things
ReplyDeleteI got pretty angry with the baby sometimes I have to be honest. I wanted to just give up but I knew if I didn't do anything it would just keep on crying and all I wanted was for it to stop.
ReplyDeleteovernight you need to know where everything is. Parenting doesn't end at 8 pm, you need to be aware of everything throughout the night
ReplyDeleteAlthough the baby required a lot of attention and took a lot of effort, I kind of liked it when it was happy and quiet. Missed it a little bit when I handed it off to my partner but I can certainly wait 15 years to have a real child.
ReplyDeleteMy baby had a period of time in 8am in which it fed, burped, and changed it but it kept whining. It wasnt a cry, but like a whine. Very annoying
ReplyDeleteOnce the baby turned on, the first time it cried I did not know exactly how to use the bracelet yet. I think it may have recorded that I missed it due to this. Once I got the hang of things, the baby was very easy to take care of yet very annoying.
ReplyDeleteThe baby was good at first during the the day and did not cry very often. She only cried 2 times during the day on Saturday.
ReplyDeleteI brought her to Panera on Saturday and got many weird looks because I was holding a baby car seat thing. After the people looked in the seat and realized the baby was fake, I got even weirder looks.
ReplyDeleteI also brought her to the girls soccer game on Saturday and got more weird looks. People I knew saw me and looked at me very confused. Also, it was raining, but I kept the ba by protected with an umbrella and blanket.
ReplyDeleteThe night was not very good. She woke me up 5 times, and each time I had to feed her for 20 minutes or more.
ReplyDeleteFeeding her was very annoying and time consuming because each time I was feeding her for 20-30 minutes. She did this a lot and it was very annoying during the night because I almost fell asleep while holding the bottle to her mouth.
ReplyDeleteChanging the baby was also difficult. The clothes were sometimes difficult to put on. They were difficult to get her arms and legs through.
ReplyDeleteIt seemed like the baby would not cry for hours but then all of a sudden would cry repeatedly within a short period of time. This happened at night which was not too fun.
ReplyDeleteOverall, I felt like I fed the baby a much larger amount of times than I changed the diaper. I did not know that babies eat that much!
ReplyDeleteI did take the baby in the car with me and my friend held it. We got some dirty looks because my friend was holding it in the passenger seat so we put it in the back.
ReplyDeleteSometimes the baby would cry and after trying everything, would still not stop crying. After rocking it and holding it for several minutes its crying would die down and it would finally stop.
ReplyDeleteOverall I realized that caring for a baby is a lot of work and requires your full attention. I definitely will not be ready to have a baby for a long time.
